Say hello to our new Consumer Engagement Manager

Hi, I'm Jen Henwood, and I've recently joined Child UnLimited as Consumer Engagement Manager.

I come to this role from two directions. Professionally, my background is in health communication. Personally, I'm the parent of a child with complex health needs, so I know firsthand how much families have to offer researchers and policy makers. We understand what's working, what's missing and what needs to change.

My job is to make sure your voices are heard at every stage of our research. My aim is to make it easy for you to get involved, and to ensure your involvement is rewarding and worth your time.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you as we work together to enhance the lives of children and young people with chronic illness!
